Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement for both of our target markets:

• Canada: 6 to 10 business days

• United States: 6 to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control may occasionally occur due to the carrier, customs processing, or high-volume periods (such as Q4).

3. Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your shipment directly on our website or via the provided link.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If an address error results in the package being returned, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
